  34. On the recommendation of several friends who use it, I originally bought a
  35. Sportster 28.8, and was dissatisfied, and was never able to connect at
  36. speeds higher than 14.4, and that was difficult.  USR's customer support
  37. was not helpful in my case.  I bought a Suprafax 28.8, and was able to
  38. connect at 28.8 immediately.  The display is excellent, and the error
  39. correction always keeps me at my fastest possible connection.  Now that
  40. I'm switching to ISDN, I wish Supra had a ISDN "modem".
